Camp IMPACT 2026, every year I specifically take a photo with our youngest group of athletes, our young guns, and parents always ask me - WHY?You see most Camps, Trainers want to give extra special treatment to the guy with the most “stars”, the guy with the most hype, not what I do!When I look at our young guns — I don’t just see talented athletes with strong arms, quick feet. I see the future walking in cleats. I see potential wrapped in honesty, discipline still being forged, and hearts that are ready to be shaped for something far greater than the game.You are the reason we pour everything into this camp. It’s about building young men of conviction, who lead with humility, compete with honor, and stand firm when the world tries to knock them off course.To me, you represent LEGACY.You are the next generation carrying forward what we fought for in the military, what we build in the weight room at Impact Strength & Performance, and what we preach through QBimpact Academy . I see my own journey — from a two-year-old evacuated from the fall of a communist country, through Navy service, to standing here with you — reflected in your eyes. You remind me that IMPACT isn’t about where you start. It’s about who you become and how you lift others along the way.You are hope in action, the expectation and active trust in God we talk about. When you lock in, when you encourage the teammate who’s struggling, when you push through fatigue because we are counting on you — that’s biblical manhood in motion. Proverbs 27:17 — “Iron sharpens iron” — comes alive on that field every single day at Camp IMPACT.You are our INVESTMENT.Your coaches, staff, and I don’t see this as a summer camp. We see it as kingdom work. We’re investing time, sweat, truth, and love into you because we believe the young guns of today become the leaders, fathers, husbands, and difference-makers of tomorrow.So when you step on that field, remember this:You are seen.You are valued.You are capable of more than you know — because the same God who carried me through combat and transition walks with you.Keep firing, keep growing, ,Senior Chief Tom George by @qb_impact

While the spotlight often shines on the young athletes running drills, competing with fire, and growing in character, it is you — the unsung heroes — who make every moment possible.You rise before dawn, pour out your time, energy, and hearts without expectation of applause or recognition.You give freely — sacrificing family time, vacation days, and personal comfort — because you believe in something bigger than yourself.At QBimpact Academy , we say character is caught more than taught. Because of you, these young athletes are catching it in full measure.
