STOP doing this if you actually want to be a starting QB.

If you keep doing this ONE thing, you’ll never be the starting QB.
The Body:
Too many QBs think talent alone wins the job. It doesn’t. Don’t do the following:
🚫 Skipping film study—If you don’t know the offense inside out, you’re uncoachable.
🚫 Ignoring proper footwork in your drops—Your arm doesn’t matter if your drops are wrong.
🚫 Bad body language—Coaches watch everything. Slumped shoulders? Negative energy? You’re done.

Starters don’t just have talent—they have preparation, leadership, and discipline.

Tag a QB who needs to hear this. 🏈🔥

A day in the life as a QB Trainer… Left LA at 9am, touched down in Salt Lake City to train with The Circle ⭕️, hit the board with one of our guys prepping for a P4 college visit, squeezed in a business meeting, dinner with family, and caught the 10:50pm flight back—landed in LA at 11:30pm. Arrived home at midnight. Long day. Full day.

This life ain’t always glamorous—travel, meetings, workouts, repeat—but it’s purpose-driven. I love this work. I love working with my guys.

🚨 OFFER ALERT 🚨

Congratulations to QB Influence Athlete Elston Hooper (QB 2029) @elstonqb12 on earning a Division I offer from The University of Alabama.

@qbinfluence

Offers like this don’t happen by accident. They are earned through consistency, discipline, sacrifice, and a commitment to mastering the quarterback position.

What makes me most proud isn’t the offer itself—it’s the growth I’ve seen from Elston as a young man, leader, and competitor. This is a reflection of the work he’s put in when nobody was watching.

We are all incredibly proud of you, Elston. Enjoy the moment, stay humble, and keep chasing greatness.

The journey is just getting started.
