10 years ago….. I coached where I was outside from 8am-5:00pm training kids for free…. Asking for nothing in return… and one day for some odd reason a young lady came up to me and said “ I see you here everyday…. There a place that can use someone like you…” I apply for the job and next thing know it was at a Gym training loved, hosting practices and creating student athletes. Thank you @commonpointny for allowing me show my skills, my passion, my dedication, Bosses that saw more than just a worker but an expertise in my path to open doors. Thank you Joshua for being a person that showed leadership for Us as black men and being a great boss 👨‍💼 taken in New York, New York by @qdahoopster_

Officially retired from Coaching Youth basketball and I love every moment of it. Started with nothing and ended it with something 😊.

Started at 19 years old and now 35 you do the math 😂

Now I am a fan , a teacher, coach PSAL for fun, and enjoying life in different lane for media

Good luck to next youth up. Coach Q out @retiredyouthcoachq
