Another successful Changing The Cycle Father’s Day Picnic all by the grace of God.

Ten years ago, this event was created with a mission to change the narrative surrounding fathers. Although we missed one year because of COVID, the vision has never changed.

Too often, we hear about absent fathers, but there are countless dads who are active, present, loving, and involved. They deserve to be celebrated.

Changing the Cycle exists to break generational cycles by honoring fathers and strengthening families. We wanted to create a space where every father regardless of his financial situation could bring his children on Father’s Day, free of charge, and make lifelong memories together.

Seeing so many fathers and children laughing, playing, and creating memories reminds us why we do this. It’s bigger than a picnic it’s a movement.

It’s been a super busy weekend, but I couldn’t let it end without saying Happy Birthday to my soon to be wife, who happens to share the same birthday as my mom. I truly enjoyed celebrating you this weekend and can’t believe we’re only 75 days away from celebrating our union. You are truly one of my biggest blessings, and I thank God for you every day.
