What an amazing trip to Washington D.C. for the 14th Annual C.J. Watson Black History Month Essay contest winners. We flew from Las Vegas to D.C. and went to the @smithsonian_africanart United States Capitol to visit our Nevada Congressman @stevenahorsford office, National History Museum, and the Lincoln Memorial Monument. Overall the kids and parents had an amazing trip and learned a lot from the experience. Thank you to Mrs. Hibbert for hosting the winners for dinner also! by @qs_foundation

🏀 23rd Annual Hoops for Hope Basketball Camp IN THE BOOKS! 🏀

From day one, these kids came in and put in the work. Focused, locked in, and still finding time to have fun over the 3 days that’s exactly what this camp is all about. Watching this next generation build fundamental skills, social-emotional skills, and basketball skills together is what makes Hoops for Hope so special.

A huge thank you to all our sponsors and volunteers who showed up and gave back to their community. we couldn’t do this without you and your commitment to pouring into these kids.

Grateful for another successful year at Doolittle Community Center. This is what community looks like. 🌪️
