Last week, @qswruncrew & @meversusmementality came together at lululemon for a conversation about what keeps Toronto’s run culture going: the people, the connections, and the consistency of showing up for each other.

From the role brands play in our space to growing our crews while keeping them welcoming, it all came back to the community that helps us believe we can do hard things and shows up alongside us when we do.

A huge thank you to @lululemon for bringing this event to life and making the entire night possible. Thank you to our panelists for sharing their perspectives and to everyone who joined us.
