August 5th @ 196lbs on Day 1 of our 75 Day fitness challenge - October 19th @ 172.3lbs on Day 75.

Down 24lbs and reaching my cut goal of a sub 10% BF while still retaining muscle!

The last two and a half months have been a journey but it’s been rewarding in all aspects. I’ve had to show up for myself on the days I didn’t want to, especially in the beginning, and put in the time and effort to get at least 1% better everyday knowing that in the end it would accumulate and make all the difference.

75 has been a great experience and I benefitted both mentally and physically from doing it. Building new and lasting habits while reaching my goals and new heights I didn’t think I’d ever obtain! It doesn’t stop here and I’m looking forward to what comes next. 🤞🏻 taken in Texas by @qu0pe

This was a hot one. 🏃🏻‍♂️

Competed in the Cntdwn City competition this past weekend! Grateful to have been selected to compete in the Elite division alongside some great athletes. Such a competitive and motivating atmosphere and I can’t wait for the future events this org @cntdwn_city has planned!

Also s/o to @seanraw88 and @raw_performancetraining for being such a great community. I started coaching there back in February and the people and energy there is truly 1 of 1, they’ve definitely made me feel like part of the family.

Hyrox Houston is in the books! Such a great experience completing my second Hyrox in less than 6 months and doing it with Steph as my doubles partner made it all the more sweeter.

It felt like yesterday when we were laying in our Airbnb in Korea back in December at 3am and decided to full send Hyrox Houston together! Fast forward and the last few months of intense training made crossing the finish line together so so worth it. 10/10 WILL do again.
