Cheesy imitation crab, like in the Chinese buffet, is pretty much all I wanted to eat today. It was this or nothing, and I can’t take my Vyvanse on an empty stomach. by @qualiakitchen

Veggies so good, they didn’t make it out of the mixing bowl:
I used carrots, green beans, and radish but you can use any crunchy veggie you like- this would be great with cauliflower.

Roast or air fry in some salt and olive oil (not too much, just enough to coat the vegetables) to your preferred consistency. Pro tip- if you like one veg crispier than the other, just cut it smaller.

Toss it while it’s still hot in butter, pepper, Dijon mustard, a little sprinkle of sugar, and lemon juice.

Topping it with pickled red onion or frizzled shallots would be awesome, but it’s already great allium free. by @qualiakitchen

It’s not summer quite yet but yesterday FELT like summer- this salad doesn’t need the mozzarella cheese, but like… 😘

Sometimes in the summer when I can’t be bothered, I do this very simple- just tomatoes, cucumbers, red wine vinegar and a great olive oil.

You can use chickpeas but I love the taste of a good broad bean. Add olives if you like, or just do the tomato and motz- you really can’t go wrong. by @qualiakitchen

Four jars I just can’t keep closed! I cook all day at work, so it’s no surprise that I’m a snacker at home. These are my level-up products at home right now that I can for sure recommend!

My mouth hurts from the amount of tortilla chips I have consumed in the past 12 hours. Jalapa Jar, you have nailed it. 10/10 recommendation, though, the price point is on the higher side, the jar is huge and it is WORTH IT.

I put this black olive pate on absolutely everything. It’s a great vegan sub for actual pates made from animal products because the texture is the same and it doesn’t lack flavor! My favorite way I’ve eaten it so far is spread on a baguette with burrata, arugula, EVOO and balsamic glaze.

Hot honey chili crisp on eggs and bagel, in a salad dressing, over French fries- I’m not a stranger to the hot honey game, and this is my favorite one to date. Ingredients are clean and simple (though I don’t believe in the anti MSG propaganda).

Lastly, if you have an Italian imports store just go ahead and buy a bunch of these Calabrian chili jams. Any Italian meal that needs an extra spicy/sweet or even a lightly acidic kick to it, this is an easy recommendation. I especially love it on pizza.
