@onx_naturals allow the athletes to perform their routines before the comparison round. I usually drag my routine out 90-100 secs , I kept it short and sweet. I wanted to save all my energy for that comparison round because I knew they were coming with it! Couldn’t go into that round sweating and tired from a posing routine that is usually not included in the final scoring. @thedavidlovelace & @getagrypfitness brought that heat to the stage yesterday in stacked class of 8 or 9 pro bodybuilders! I’m not mad at all placing 3rd in this class!
