Thank you Steppa Sound for hosting my group hypnosis workshop! Between the music, the connections, and the location—magic, intimacy, and healing on a soul level. ✨

The message was profound this week: reclaiming inner power, coming back to yourself, trusting in timing, embracing change, and finding connection through community.

Again and again, I felt this reminder that so much of what we’re searching for is already within us. That we can trust ourselves, trust the unfolding, and come back home to who we are.

The more sessions I do, the more I see a powerful theme emerging—one I feel called to share. ‘Past life’ is such a broad term for what truly unfolds in these sessions. You may be shown a past life, a journey filled with lessons, a healing vortex, or even the realm of spirit and source itself.

All you need to bring is an open mind and a willingness to explore and heal.
