Neutrality is the filter to peace of mind.

You got complimented? Fine.
You got insulted? Fine.

Presence is key because now is all you have, and barely that, because now leaves every second.

Forgiveness is key because it's your only choice.
It's the most selfish thing one can do and also the most selfless because you choose to release control over others, over circumstance, over the uncontrollable. To refuse this is to accept insanity as your standard of living and how you show up in the world.

Most people aren't self-aware. They settle with, "This is just how I am.". That is insanity.

The ability to let go and be thankful for the filter of perceived failure is your superpower and compass. The acceptance of what is, what was and what will be is the freedom to open up your mind to options you didn't even know existed. To deny the exploration of this is the death of free will.

The only thing we can control is our breathing and our thoughts/silence. To be fooled into thinking otherwise is insanity. by @quantumkaty

I get that solitude is needed for healing, but damn is she a lonely bitch at times..

At least I get to sing @mariahcarey and @xtina as loud as I want to while I build my vision into my empire. 💎

I am, however, very grateful for the love and lessons after 15 years, patient in learning who Katy Rose actually is and very much excited to see who comes out on the other side. ✌️
