Bucharest - new luxury destination project ''QUARTIER CLEMENCEAU'' Romania is the second largest luxury market in Central & Eastern Europe, closely following Poland. Unlike Warsaw, which already boasts a luxury shopping mall and an area which gathers several most luxury retail and hospitality venues, Bucharest has only recently seen major commercial real estate developments. It is not about a sudden boom in the Romanian market but rather a consolidation of the market. Following the relocation and doubling in size of the Louis Vuitton store on Calea Victoriei, a new luxury shopping gallery opened (TOFF Galleries) also on Calea Victoriei last December with a brand mix including Dior, Loewe, Gucci, Celine etc. Calea Victoriei is also home to the mono-brand stores of Max Mara and BOSS, as well as other luxury multi-brand stores (Mengotti, Secretist and Casa Frumoasa). Recognising the potential of Romania's luxury market, HERMÈS will be opening, by the end of the year, of a new flagship store steps from Calea Victoriei, within a superbly renovated heritage palace. The new Hermes store, which will be directly operated, will be followed by three other major luxury store openings in 2027. There are exceptional opportunities for several other luxury brands to open in the same neighbourhood. Within a one kilometre radius of the future Hermes store, there is also Relais & Châteaux Bistro Ateneu (fine dining), Casa Fratelli (upscale restaurant), Athenee Palace Intercontinental and the soon-to-open Mondrian Hotel Bucharest, a new luxury lifestyle hotel. Within the same proximity, several other retail spaces will become available, our aim at CPP, will be to create an integrated luxury retail destination, Quartier Clemenceau. A luxury branded residential project will also be included in Quartier Clemenceau, while the area is also being prospected by a major luxury department store group. The project presents exceptional opportunities for luxury hospitality - dining & entertainment!
