LA FAMILIA 🎶: Danza Kuduro - @donomar @lucenzomusic 👣: ME Man there’s a lot I want to put in this caption. This post is super late but I’m trying to get things together and didn’t know how to formulate the words, still don’t. I made a project team cus I feel like it’s too often we see the same faces without people being given a chance to show what they do and I have TOO MANY TALENTED FRIENDS THAT ARENT SHOWN OFF ENOUGH. So I just wanted to show off my friends and in doing so we really became fam. Love y’all DANZA FOR LIFE by @quatson
Another week, another class! Let’s dance! We have community class this Thursday 1/22/26 with our alum @quatson at @dropfitnessva 8:30pm, and it’s only $10! Class level: intermediate/advanced. We hope to see new and old(der) faces 😊 We are very excited to see and dance with everyone! Make sure you bring water, bring a friend, and let’s groove! 💃🕺 by @quatson
Been a while since I posted anything dance related or just in general lol. I appreciate @realmrunnerz for always letting me session, lab, and learn. Am by no means in this life but learning and understanding how creative I can be and making my body move differently is always a nice self discovery. Need to work on being uncomfortable positions and committing to my concepts I’m building, as well as different postures, and not looking like I’m thinking what you do next. by @quatson
Dance fomo has hit after seeing Comeback Crew’s Prelude Midwest set (2nd place go off fam). So wanted to share this throwback from the Crewcial Masego set. I kinda peaked here ngl. Hola mi amor. You’ve survived 2 years of the dating me experience. I’m sorry to inform you that your warranty has now expired. I love matching wits, singing terribly next to you but hearing you sound great, binging movies and shows, and experiencing new foods and activities. You help me get back into reading (which I promise to do more of this year ), as well as holding me accountable. You brighten up the lives of everyone you touch and I hope to pour into you this year as much as you do for others. Loving you is the easiest thing because not only are you my person you’re also my best friend. I love how we finish each other’s … sandwiches. Like chasing lightning the chances of finding someone like you, you’re one of a kind. This took a lot of brain power so let’s cook something together again soon. Love you :) by @quatson
Quick little dance reel from this past year and a half. This was me taking a big break and I realized I still danced a lot more than I thought. Anyways big break showing out to make my big break. @ciara @officialdanceicon #danceicon #ciara #vadancer #2up2down by @quatson
