📢 Announcement to Players, Creators, and the Press Regarding Blades & Battles During testing of our demo version with the press and content creators, we identified an isolated issue in the video pipeline: on specific screen models when HDR is enabled, the game experiences severe distortion in the brightness and contrast curve, causing the image to appear almost entirely black and red. We would like to clarify that this dark image does not reflect the game’s actual visual style or the quality of the final product. What we’ve already done: The issue was identified by our development team and has been 100% fixed in the release build. If you’re already playing the review version: we recommend temporarily disabling HDR in the video settings of your TV or console/PC. When running in SDR, the game displays its full color palette, environments, and lighting as they were originally intended. A huge thank you to all the journalists and creators who reached out to our team to verify what happened and provide technical feedback before publishing their articles.
