I asked my friends to come give back with me for the holidays, and let me just say—my girls did not disappoint 😮‍💨! I’m so grateful for the friends I have in my life; they lowkey be down for whatever 😭.
We volunteered with an organization called Operation Care International, and every third Saturday of December they host a huge event for the community—from the homeless, to veterans, to less fortunate families.
Growing up, my aunt would bring me and others from church every year to perform and volunteer, and it truly allowed us to see life from a different perspective. Now that I’m older and finished with school, I felt called to return to my roots.
Being able to volunteer alone is a blessing in itself, because Lord knows I wouldn’t mind being in that line myself. It just felt amazing to be of service to my community.
I love the Triple D, baby 🫶🏾

If you know me then you know I don’t let people do my hair for any event because they would always cancel🙄 needless to say; that didn’t happen on my 24th Birthday @dolledbybenji came through and did not play🥳‼️

About half of former foster children complete high school, 2 to 6 percent earning a two-year degree, and 3 to 4 percent earning a four-year degree. I Give all glory to God because without him I am nothing. My life changed for the better at the age of 4. No it hasn’t been peaches and cream all the time, but what I will say is I MADE IT AND BEAT THE ODDS!!! Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it”. If it wasn’t for William Powell who knows where I would be. Words can’t explain how grateful I am for everyone in my circle new or old. All I can say is I DID IT🥳 #Goddid
