PRESENTING…💛🖤🤍

Name: Gashley LaFleur
Nickname: Queen Bee🥀🐝
Eboard position: President 👑🚧

UC YKKKKK…
Hey UC fam,

I’m Gashley LaFleur, and I’m serving as UC’s President this year!🙂‍↕️I’m currently a senior majoring in Informatics with an Concentration of Interactive User Experience.👩🏾‍💻

Dancing brings me joy and peace. It’s my safe place to express my feelings through movements instead of words. Each genre of dance brings a different vibe and aura from myself that I love. I joined UC my second semester of freshman year. I saw a couple of performances before trying out and knew UC was the team for me. Fun fact, I didn’t make UC my first time, so when I got cut, it motivated me to keep going to show them and myself what I really got. And from there, history was made, I joined a loving family, and continue to jump for joy whenever I see some fire choreo from the members. But fast forward to now, I just want my team to know that I love them, everyone’s different loving personalities, creativity, smartness, and good vibes! I also want to thank the few people that motivated me to go for the President position and in trusting me to continue making UC one of the best dance teams on campus.🖤💛🚧

Fun Fact:
I’m Florida baby 🌴
My favorite food are wings🙂‍↕️
I’m Haitian 🇭🇹
I love to travel and learn about other cultures 🏝️
I’m the treasurer of NSBE here at UA
Beside dancing, I can act and sing (yes I can sing for real, don’t listen to the team if they say I can’t)🙂‍↕️
I’m always down to make hip hop choreo🙂‍↕️
I love Kompa💃🏾

I’m going to make sure UC does its big one this semester!! Love yall💛🖤🚧 by @queen.gash
