When God has a calling on your life you simply cannot run from it. His love is unconditional..It illuminates our path even in the dark season. He chases us down to prove it..but it’s for us to answer the call and make the decision to follow Him, wholeheartedly.

On June 17, 2023 I gave birth to a child that would change my life for the better and allow me to become the woman I am today.

People told me to abort my child. What if I had listened. Would I be who I am today or where I am?

Society will tell you that abortion is a better option. It’s more convenient. But God says, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart”. This tells us that the child He places in a women’s womb is an intentional decision, He places purpose in that womb and He intricately knits that child together and their entire makeup. Aborting the mission that God calls you to may feel more “convenient” in the moment…but disobedience is COSTLY.

My testimony is complex and this is only a tiny portion of it…but I wanted to share as a reminder to give birth to whatever it is God is calling you to in this season of life. It may not be giving birth to a child but it may be starting a new project, cutting off dead weight or unaligned people, making healthier decisions, choosing a new lifestyle…I was afraid of the unknown…I felt extremely unprepared when I was pregnant…but I knew God was with us.

Don’t be afraid of what’s on the other side. Trust His plans for your life.
