- TIPS to aid in healthy weight loss that’ll stick
This is a lifestyle change not to become reliant on the medication.
💪🏾: cardio is super important for your heart health and dropping body fat! You can choose which ever activity for cardio, jump rope, running, walking, etc. At least 45 mins of brisk walking or 20–30 mins of jogging with light walking in between when feeling out of breath; can walk with hands above head to open up airway (do not sit / stop abruptly unless absolutely necessary) .

Diet : anti inflammatory diet, High protien , High Fiber, Lots of water, no sugar, no alcohol,no/ light carbs, no processed foods ! The foods you eat fuel you and can hurt/ halt your progress! Dieting isn’t punishment it’s all about making health conscious decisions your body will appreciate & keep it fun don’t get bored by eating the same things repeatedly!

Labs: check your labs to make sure your blood work is in normal range & no critical abnormalities

Be patience yet honest with yourself , what are you struggling with & where can you improve ? Don’t let one bad week hold you down, take accountability correct it and keep going !
