Her name is Favour “Golden” Eric. She’s repped Nigeria on the international stage. Now she’s stepping into coaching.

Golden brings years of competitive flag football experience, including continental championships and is now pursuing coaching education to develop the next generation of players.

A few days ago, I was interviewed during the NFL/IFAF Africa Continental Championship in Kenya.

Today, my story is featured on Olympics.com.

If you had told the younger me, who fell in love with sports, faced injuries, changed sports, and kept showing up, that one day the Olympic Movement would tell my story, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

This isn’t just about me. It’s about what flag football is becoming, the opportunities it’s creating, and every young girl who dreams of representing her country one day.

Thank you Ms Katami Michelle for the interview ❤️ @mskatami

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey, my teammates, coaches, family, friends, and everyone who believed in me. @nigeriafairiesqueens @outlaws_athletics @nigeriaflagfootballhq @aarsports_ @cfflafrica_ @nafa.gems

We’re just getting started. 🇳🇬🏈

The Outlaws dropped a sensational 52 points but it wasn’t enough to progress to the next round of the Playoffs.

NAFA took Flag Football🏈 (the fastest growing sport in the world) to NYSC Lagos Camp. The Corpers were so excited and interested in learning, some also showed interest in playing the sport even after service.
There will be interplatoon competitions with lots of prizes to be won, let’s see which Platoon brings it home! 🥰🤗🤗
Let me know if you guys want more videos 😂😂
