NYC family adventure unlocked 🚤💦

We got to experience The BEAST Speedboat and whewww… this was definitely one for the books 😂 From the speed, the skyline views, the music, the splashes, and all the screaming in between, we had such a good time from start to finish.

And the crew made it even better! They were so fun and interactive, pulled out water guns, let riders join in, and then had us out there doing donuts on the water 🤣🤣 I was NOT prepared.

Our family was hosted for this experience, which included our ride aboard The BEAST and a visit to The Beast’ro Cafe after we got off the water. We had slushies, pizza, and snacks, and the food was actually really good ❤️ The pizza especially surprised me, and the slushies were so flavorful. It was honestly the perfect combo after that ride! 💚

I REALLY DID THAT!!! 🥹🇺🇸🪖❤️

October 15, 2026. OFFICIALLY ENLISTED IN THE U.S. ARMY!!! 🇺🇸

BABYYYYY, if y’all only knew what it took to get to this moment! 😩😂❤️

The appointments, the medical evaluations, the waiting, the setbacks, the uncertainty, the trips back and forth to MEPS… WHEWWW! There were definitely moments when I wondered when everything would finally come together.

But ONE thing about me? When I put my mind to something, I’m going to give it EVERYTHING I’ve got! 💪🏽

At 36 years old, I’m a WIFE, a MOTHER OF TWO, and now officially enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve! 🪖❤️

I didn’t put my dreams on hold because I became a mother. I didn’t let my age decide what I could or couldn’t accomplish. And I refused to let the obstacles make that decision for me either!

On October 15, I stood there, raised my right hand, took my oath, and made a commitment to something bigger than myself. 🥹🇺🇸

And looking at that signed oath, knowing everything it took to get there? THAT’S a feeling I can’t even explain!

To my babies, I hope this is something you carry with you forever. Your mama didn’t just tell you to chase your dreams. SHE SHOWED YOU! ❤️

And to anyone who’s been following my journey, encouraging me, or simply rooting for me, THANK YOU! 🥹 I love who loves me! 💪🏽😘

I’m not at the finish line. I’m at the STARTING LINE, and there’s still plenty of work ahead!

Next stop: BASIC COMBAT TRAINING! 🇺🇸🪖

I’ve been testing the BELLA by @spasciences as part of my skincare routine, and I like that it combines pore extraction, microdermabrasion, and a facial mist in one device. I focused mostly on the areas where I notice the most congestion, then finished with the mist for a refreshed feel.

This was my real experience using it at home, and I like that it makes my routine feel a little more put together without making it complicated.

NYC looking like THIS outside today 🌧️💨 meanwhile I’m over here wishing we were back here 😂🌊

Throwing it back to summer 2023 when Ky-Mani and Zion received two free kids tickets through the Slide City Waterpark giveaway and we spent the day taking on this huge inflatable waterpark in Yonkers.

Ky-Mani was 13, Zion had just turned 6, and apparently nobody in this family believed in starting with the small slides 😂

Seeing this in my camera roll on a rainy NYC day made me miss summer immediately.

And looking back now, it’s crazy because we were making these family adventure memories before I ever realized family experiences would become such a big part of the content I create. 💙

Be honest: on a day like today, would you rather be home under a blanket or back at the waterpark? 😂

#gifted Family open play at Ferox Ninja Playground in DUMBO 🥷🏽🤸🏽‍♀️

This was one of those family outings where nobody really got to sit on the sidelines 😂 What stood out to me was having enough variety for everyone to find something they wanted to try while still enjoying the experience together.

If your family prefers active outings over just walking around and looking at things, this is one to save for a Brooklyn family day.

Invited 🎮✨

Game night definitely leveled up at The GameRoom Powered by Hasbro at American Dream.

We had such a great time trying G.I. JOE Laser Tag, giant Monopoly, NERF, racing games, interactive games, claw machines, and so much more. The giant Hungry Hungry Hippos really took me back because I used to play the board game when I was little. 🥹

The girls were everywhere trying different games, the moms got in on the competition too, the food was delicious, and they even sent us home with gift bags.

There is seriously so much to do here, and we’re already planning our next visit.

Sound ON. The screaming, rushing, and us cheering each other on are all real 😂

We took on the Paint Bomb Mission at Beat The Bomb Brooklyn, working through five game rooms before the final blast. Watching the camera footage back had me cracking up. We were really hitting the floor trying to beat the clock!

Museum of Ice Cream through my camera roll 🍦💗

This day gave us way too many good pictures to leave sitting in my phone 😂

Everybody got their own ice cream name, the kids found the giant banana swing, Ky-Mani and Zion climbed into the giant ice cream scoop, while Tori tried to pick it up 🤣🤣 Somehow every room turned into another family photo moment.

And because only in NYC would we end up trying an Ice-a-Bagel 😂🍨🥯 A sweet spin on a NYC staple with gelato cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning, but I went with the sprinkles instead.

Looking back at these, the best part is seeing how different everybody’s personality came out in the pictures 😂

ARTE Museum, but make it a camera roll dump ✨📸

I had the most amazing time at ARTE, and I had way too many photos from this day sitting in my phone, so some of them needed their own post.

The crazy part is how completely different every space feels. One minute it’s flowers and mirrors, then you’re standing under a giant whale, watching a Phoenix fly through a forest, walking through classic works of art, and somehow ending up under the northern lights.

And yes, that colorful Phoenix is the one I made before watching it come to life. 🥹🔥

This is one of those places where the pictures are beautiful, but actually standing inside the rooms is a completely different experience.

Just two little besties living their princess dreams 💗👑

This was one of those days that was just pure fun from start to finish. The robes, the tiny spa drinks, the giggles, the sparkly face gems, the princess dresses, the posing, all of it. 😂✨

My favorite part was honestly watching them enjoy every little detail together. They went from spa girls to full princess mode real quick.

Definitely one for the camera roll and the memory book. 💕
