4 years ago today marks the day I played my debut set with @queenbeedjs at @thehivebar 😍

I had the pleasure of playing alongside @ktb_dj and @shar_ftd (who took this lovely snap 📸).

Before that, I was a huge supporter of the collective and went to as many Queen Bee nights as I could. I’m forever grateful to the Queens who encouraged me to give it a go and invited me to play.

I’m also incredibly thankful for all the love and support I’ve received from Nikki and the Queens ever since, and from everyone who has come along to my gigs and supported me over the years. It truly means the world to me.

Having a group of like-minded and talented women around you like this is something really special, and I’ve come so far in these past four years. I feel genuinely lucky to be part of this collective. Along the way, I’ve also made some wonderful friendships that I hold very close to my heart.

If you are free this Friday, make sure you get down to the Hive Bar for the monthly Queen Bee showcase, we’ve got Georgie Groovescooter, Lady Russell and Miss Whiskey T Foxtrot on the decks. Free entry, good people and great tunes all night long. See you there! taken in The Hive Bar by @queenbeedjs

With so many bars & venues closing or doing it tough, we're super lucky that The Hive Bar is still here, hosting a truckload of vinyl-only DJ nights. This Friday the Queen Bee DJ's return - 6pm until pumpkin hour, so if you’re free and fancy an outing + they do a cracking Burger Tuesday & Thursday Pasta Night special too and the bar staff in Town! taken in The Hive Bar by @queenbeedjs
