📻⚡️QUEEN DEER⚡️📻 We welcome @deenqueer to the first ever FM Fest, playing Day Two @moshmellow_official. This band is fantastic and brings the indie-punk in the vein of bands like Against Me!, Bright Eyes, and personally reminds me of the Latterman family of bands.

Here’s a bit more about them…

“The seeds of Queen Deer were planted in 2022 when Lydia met James and Joe (formerly of Fever Pitch) at a local show. Joe and James joined Lydia as her rhythm section for her solo music for occasional shows. In 2025 they decided to be a full time band together under the name Queen Deer, playing their first show with the moniker in November. In January the trio added Jeremy (of Blood Oath) the band on second guitar to fill out their sound.

The quartet have played dozens of local shows with short out of town runs on the horizon. Writing pop influenced indie punk, leaning into emo, songs about isolation, anxiety, queer struggles, and the hardships of navigating life Queen Deer looks to entertain and tug at the heart strings of any audience they perform for.”
