“Just bad cramps” isn’t normal.

Pelvic pain.
Pain with sex.
Bloating.
Fatigue.
Infertility.

We’re told:
“it’s normal”
“you’re dramatic”
“just take birth control”
“Just have a baby”

And years go by without answers.

As you know, I’m still fighting for mine.

And to the providers who listen, who don’t dismiss, who dig deeper. Thank you.

This is why I speak up.

50 workouts. It’s special.
Not because of the workouts, but because of everything I carried into them: healing, heartbreak, strength.
