What does it really take for a woman to free herself?

After surviving an abusive marriage, award-winning creative producer @queengathoni rebuilt her life. Years later, she found another kind of freedom when she turned her story into Free Me, a powerful theatre production about gender-based violence.

For our For Mannerless Women Season 6 finale, Gathoni joins @adelleonyango to unpack fear, shame, finding your voice and the transformative power of owning your story.

Because sometimes, freeing yourself is a journey of learning to belong to yourself.

Our Season 6 finale is NOW LIVE! Watch the full episode on our YouTube channel.
