A birthday wellness experience I’ll never forget. 🥹🤍🇨🇴

While visiting Medellín, I spent the afternoon at Lafontan Spa and what started as a little time to relax turned into such a thoughtful experience. From the massage to the birthday surprise and ending with an hour in the jacuzzi overlooking the city… they truly made me feel special. ✨

365 days later, I realize I didn’t give anything up. I gained something. 🤍

I gained my memory. My awareness. My discipline. My ability to make decisions with a clear mind.

I used to think alcohol gave me confidence, fun, connection, relaxation and an escape. This year taught me that I never needed it for any of those things.

More than anything, I’m proud that I can be around it, be offered it, watch everyone else participate—and still choose myself.

One year down.
