They say I “look like a man” because I have muscles. 😂💪🏽

Funny how my body gets people talking when they have NO IDEA what it took to build the woman standing in front of them.

Let me remind you: I AM A WOMAN. A FEMALE BODYBUILDER. A WIFE. A MOTHER OF 3. A BUSINESSWOMAN. AND A HUSTLER. 👑

While some people are busy discussing my appearance, I’m busy working two jobs, taking care of my three kids, loving and supporting my husband, running a gym, managing a household, taking care of my clients, building businesses AND finding time to train.

So yes, I have big arms.
Yes, I have big legs.
Yes, I have muscles.
And YES, I’m still feminine. 💋💪🏽

I didn’t spend years building this body just to shrink myself because someone else thinks women should look a certain way.

You don’t have to like my body.
Good thing I didn’t build it for you. 😉

Call me whatever makes you feel better.

At the end of the day, when I look in the mirror, I see a STRONG, HARD-WORKING WOMAN who handles her responsibilities and refuses to quit.

My muscles don’t make me a man.

They show you exactly how powerful this WOMAN is. 👑🔥

While you’re talking about me, I’m working.

QUEEN OF QUADS. The name speaks for itself. 👑💪🏽

🍁✨ HELLO NOVEMBER! ✨🍁

New month, new blessings, new opportunities, and a fresh mindset! ❤️

November is a reminder that no matter what life has thrown at you, you are still standing, still growing, and still becoming stronger. 💪🏽

Leave the negativity behind, protect your peace, trust God’s timing, and never stop believing in yourself.

We have 2 months left in 2026. Let’s finish this year with gratitude, faith, determination, and a heart full of positivity.

Walk by FAITH, not by FEAR. 🙏🏽

Here’s to a November filled with happiness, good health, success, love, and unexpected blessings! 🍂❤️

Stay humble. Stay strong. Stay blessed. 👑

People may look at us and make assumptions—but they don’t see the years of education, experience, sacrifice, and results behind us.

James Spraggins is a Master Trainer with a Master’s in Physical Therapy and has owned OC Fitness for over 25 years. He has spent decades helping athletes and everyday people become stronger, recover from injuries, and get back to doing what they love.

And then there’s me, Erika Spraggins. 💪🏽❤️ I know sometimes people see the tattoos and muscles before they see the knowledge. But for 15 years, James and I have worked side by side. I’ve learned from one of the best while building my own experience in physical therapy, recovery, injury rehabilitation, mobility, and training.

We’re not here to prove ourselves by how we look. We prove ourselves through our work.

Together, we bring decades of knowledge and hands-on experience to every person who walks through our doors. We know what we’re capable of, and more importantly, we know how much we care about helping people get stronger, move better, recover, and believe in their bodies again.

James & Erika Spraggins ❤️
Husband & Wife. Partners. Trainers. Healers. A TEAM.

Don’t judge the tattoos.
Don’t judge the muscles.
Don’t judge the appearance.

Watch the RESULTS. 🔥💪🏽

I hit the 65”s for the first time in two years I didn’t think I could do it but I was wrong 😁💪🏽 by @queenofquads

James, after all these years, I still choose you. ❤️ You are more than my husband—you are my best friend, my safe place, my partner through every season of life. We’ve had beautiful moments, difficult ones, laughter, tears, victories, and lessons, but through it all, we’ve continued to stand beside each other.

I don’t need a perfect love story. I’m grateful for our love story—the one we’ve built with patience, forgiveness, loyalty, strength, and a whole lot of love. I thank God for bringing you into my life and for every memory we’ve created together.

No matter how many years pass or how much life changes, I want you to know this: my heart still recognizes home when I’m with you. I love you, James, today, tomorrow, and through every chapter still waiting for us. ❤️💍🙏🏽
