In the middle of healing, creative disruption, and choosing myself, this framework gave me language for what I was actually moving through.

In this final winter installment of Creators in Bloom, I sit down with Sunni Jones-Ford of @cozybodywellness, the wellness expert behind the Stages of Change guide for creators, to explore how it can help name the season you’re in and nourish it with more compassion and less pressure.

This feels like a good watch/listen as you ease into your Christmas week. Whether you’re traveling, laying low, or needing a few quiet minutes for yourself. Tap in when you get a chance :)

Somewhere between a pivot and my answered prayers, there’s November 🍂

I’m back in that thang writing, creating differently and adjusting to my new roots here in Houston.

This month’s post is all about what it really means to pivot when life forces you to move differently.

Where are you pivoting in your own season? What’s shifting for you right now?

My next chapter is here and I’m on assignment. Always on assignment. To root, grow, expand and pour in from overflow. If you haven’t noticed by now, at this stage of my life everything I do is intentional so I’m excited to witness and observe what happens when I continue to walk with faith and follow my heart.

Hello Houston, I’m expanding in community, stability and love so please be good to me 😊

Creators in Bloom: A Summer Wellness Conversation ✨

We went live to talk about what it really looks like to move into summer with more intention, balance, and self-awareness. This convo with Sunni of @cozybodywellness was such a good reminder to check in with ourselves, slow down when we need to, and create rhythms that actually feel good.

Tap in, reflect with us, and let me know in the comments what stood out or resonated most for you. 💛

The power of the tongue.

Last year, I started recording my prayers as a form of therapy. I would sometimes share them with loved ones but it was mostly for me, every Sunday as a ritual, and to get comfortable with using my voice.

Fast forward to now, and I am seeing how those freestyled words have become the blueprint for the life I’ve been praying for.

I’m now excited to share a few in this space. This one feels like a seed that’s just now beginning to bloom.

Hopefully it resonates ✨🙏🏾

As life keeps lifing us right into summer I’ve been thinking: As a creative and empath what kind of rhythm actually supports me RIGHT now?

That’s part of the conversation I’m bringing into this summer’s Creators in Bloom: a wellness-centered conversation I’m hosting with my girl Sunni, a Licensed Therapist and Founder of @cozybodywellness. We’re diving into how self-awareness shapes the way we show up in relationships, creative spaces, and community and how we can move with more intention, softness, and alignment this season.

If that’s where you’re at too, come join us:

🗓 Sunday, June 29
⏰ 11 AM PST
📍 Live on IG @queenreesa + @cozybodywellness

We’ll open with breathwork, flow into open conversation, answer a few of your questions, and close with an affirmation to carry you through summer.
