What I expected to be a show became a full experience — humor, intellect, and a format that made the audience part of the moment.
I left inspired and mentally nourished.

That’s the same energy I’m pouring into my YouTube TV channel @ivote4metvwithsherryqueenshe — real stories, real conversations, real growth.
Come join me there.

The park gave me space to breathe, process, and choose peace over pressure.

A little sunlight… a little stillness… and a reminder that I’m allowed to evolve. taken in Knightdale Station Park by @queenshevisions

Week 2 and I’m FEELING GOOD! 💪🏾💗

One of the best investments I can make is an investment in ME. I decided to invest in a personal trainer—not just to change how I look, but to build strength, energy, confidence, and consistency.

I’m learning that choosing yourself can look like showing up when it’s hard, doing one more rep, and celebrating every bit of progress along the way.

No perfection required. Just progress. ✨

As Sherry QueenShe, it was a chapter filled with microphones, rehearsals, live music, and unforgettable memories. ❤️

These throwback photos take me back to when I was singing with L.I.F.E. — Love In Full Effect in the DC/Maryland area. 🎤🎶

Music has always been a part of who I am. Looking back reminds me that every season of our lives leaves us with something—the people we meet, the confidence we gain, the lessons we learn, and the memories we carry forward.

I may have changed and grown through the years, but that woman with the microphone is still very much a part of me. 💕🎤

Here’s to honoring every version of ourselves that helped us become who we are today.

L.I.F.E. — Love In Full Effect. What a time. What a memory. What a blessing. ❤️

Even Happy Women Heal

This morning’s therapy session was a gift. So I took myself out to breakfast to honor the work I’m doing — mind, body, and spirit.

People who smile, pray, serve, and uplift others still need support too. Healing is holy. Therapy is part of my becoming. by @queenshevisions

These last few days after our family reunion have been nothing but divine alignment. I visited the house my Dad once lived in, spent sweet time with my Jarvis family, supported the children of my old church friends in their business, and even ran into my aunt’s best friend’s daughter while visiting my Jarvis cousin. Wrapped it all up with brunch and beautiful bonding with my Jarvis‑side first cousin from Brooklyn. Heading back to NC with a full heart and deeper roots. by @queenshevisions
