Breathe with me.

There is something so peaceful about breath work. Focusing on your inhale to bring in what you need and allowing your exhale to release what no longer serves you. There is a glorious feeling in finding stillness of the mind, body and spirit and focusing on your breath and being intentional with your breath will bring you to that glory!!!

::::DESK DECOMPRESSION::::

I know between my corporate job, or our family business, my personal business and family life things get hectic. While working it’s easy to slouch and hunch, and definitely get overwhelmed.

Try this at your next break/lunch. Take a moment to yourself, empty your mind and release your body. Take as many breaths for each stretch that feels good for you.

Lmk below how this worked for you once you’ve tried it. 😊

Hey Hippiez! We’re in Pigeon Pose, but surrendering that chicken-head mentality—pecking into everybody else’s business, clucking over comparison and running around stressed over things we cannot control. 😂🐔

Today, we soften the body, quiet the noise and mind the peace that belongs to us. Release the drama. Surrender the tension. Protect your energy. 🕊️

Benefits of Pigeon Pose:

🌞 Deeply stretches the hips and glutes
🌙 Helps release tension held in the lower body
🌞 Opens the hip flexors and supports mobility
🌙 May ease tightness from prolonged sitting
🌞 Encourages slower, more intentional breathing
🌙 Creates space for stillness and emotional release

When life starts life-ing, get in Child’s Pose and mind your business. 😂🧘🏽‍♀️ Sometimes surrender is simply admitting, “I’ve done enough for today.”

🌞Relieves tension in the back, hips and shoulders
🌙Gently stretches the spine and thighs
🌞Helps calm the nervous system
🌙Encourages slow, deep breathing
🌞Creates space to rest, reset and release

Surrender the stress. The world can wait a minute. 🤍✨

In the midst of the chaos of being parents, corporate workers and business owners, we make sure to prioritize Date Nights. Whether it’s at home or we step out, that uninterrupted quality time with one another is vital to maintain our connection and flame.

This night we had the pleasure of stepping out to @lushcafeandlounge for their Pajama Jam. A time was had and the food was amazing, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The dranks on point. The entertainment enjoyable.

Cheers to many more. 🥂
