We Feed The People With Love has their next event today! An amazing program of the Queer Centrr. Here's what co-founder Charisma has to say about today:
Today, WFTPWL gets to do what we do best and that's to serve our unhoused friends.
I want to give a shout out to anyone that has donated with food items or financially, spectrum medical for providing HIV testing, I want to shout out to all my barbers that will be coming to cut hair today. I would like to shout out to all of our volunteers who are going to take the time today to come and be of service to the people.

We can't do this without you you are a huge part of our mission thank you from the bottom of our heart.

We just want to send a special shout out to each and everyone you guys. We will see you all at 3:30 today remember leave your Egos at the door it's not about you it's about the people that were serving. taken in University Park by @queer.center

For five years, the Queer Center has been proud to serve and support the 2SLGBTQ+ community through programs, events, resources, and opportunities that bring people together and strengthen our community.

Our programs are well established and continue to meet the diverse needs of our queer community. Trans Spectrum AZ, We Feed the People With Love, Project HardHat, Love Boutique, and the YouPhoria Project each serve our community in essential and unique ways.

In addition to our programs, the Queer Center provides meeting spaces, creates community events, and offers fun and creative fundraising opportunities that raise awareness and help sustain the work we do.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support, generosity, and trust of our community. Together, we are building a stronger, more connected, and more welcoming future for the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

Here’s to five years, and to many more years of community, connection, and making a difference! 🏳️‍🌈❤️ by @queer.center

Queer Center is deeply saddened by the devastating violence in Tucson. Our hearts go out to everyone who lost a loved one, those who were directly affected, and the entire Tucson community as we grieve together.

Queer folx and everyone in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community deserve to live, gather, celebrate, and connect without fear of violence. Community spaces should be places where we feel safe, seen, and supported, not places where we have to worry about our safety.

Today, we’re standing with our Tucson neighbors and with our broader community. We reject hate and violence in every form, and we’re reminded that our strength comes from looking out for one another and staying connected.

Please check in on your friends, your chosen family, and those who may be struggling right now. Take care of yourselves and each other. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
