Let’s not get this one confused. I already know some MF in the comments is trigger & about to comment some dumb one-sided agreement to justify his lack of commitment to being a boss. Lol

He feels triggered because deep down he wants to be a boss & hasn’t committed…anyone who doesn’t want to be THE boss will not feel triggered by this truth.

But, read on for the brutal God-honest truth that you might not want to believe about being a boss. 👊🏼

No one is better than the other intrinsically. Plus - the world and our economy needs both roles filled, it’s 2 sides of the same coin and without the other side everything would collapsed.

Each one has a trade-off cost and radically different risk to reward ratios. The boss more times that you’d expect gets sh*tted on, goes broke, deals with high levels of stress & feels like the weight of the world is on their back… it’s just part of biz tho. It’s what we signed up for 🫡

The risk the boss takes are why the boss gets to do boss things, drive boss cars and get treated like a BIG BO$$💸

On the other hand if you work for the boss, you more times than not - get to deal with less uncertainty, unpredictability and stress due to the lower levels of pressure you have to deal with.

But - only 1 of the 2 options has the ability to give you absolute time freedom and financial freedom. Only 1 of the 2 options offers the constant fulfillment that comes with seeing your creation come to life, helping put food on the table for all your employees, changing customers lives with your vision & the constant joy that comes with the constant evolution as a boss, leader and visionary❤️‍🔥
