Another week at work... this time, working remotely from my favorite place in #Japan: The House of KI NO BI!

We had the chance to host the talented team from @littlereddoorparis in #kyoto, blend our own gin with @marcysakuma and spend convivial moments enjoying responsibly some exclusive @kinobi.official cocktails!

Thank you @pablo_yano for capturing these moments !

Looking forward to coming back to my second home!

Born and raised in Champagne, I could not miss the opportunity to pay a visit to the stunning IWA Sake project led by @richard.geoffroy in Toyama !

Mr. Geoffroy and his team play perfectly the symphony of Japanese traditions and innovations to bring into a glass the best of my two favorite countries : France & Japan!

Thank you @charliep1409 for the memorable experience and @pablo_yano for capturing these unique moments.

#Nagoya (名古屋市, Nagoya-shi), located in the Chūbu region, is the fourth largest city in #Japan. 🇯🇵 It is known for its beautiful Nagoya Castle 🏰 which was constructed in 1612 during the #Edo period. Nagoya Castle was the heart of one of the most important castle towns in Japan, Nagoya-juku. Destroyed in 1945 during the bombing of Nagoya in World War II, the reconstruction and repair of the castle has been ongoing since 1957. Later during the #Meiji period Nagoya became a strategic industrial hub for the country and is still as of now the home of #Toyota 🚗

Kagoshima (鹿児島) is Kyushu's southernmost major city and the capital of #Kagoshima Prefecture.
🌋
The city is often compared with its #Italian sister city #Naples due to a similarly mild climate, palm tree-lined streets, relatively hot tempered inhabitants and rumbling Mount #Sakurajima , Kagoshima's Vesuvius.
🌋
The city has a rich #history as the former seat of one of #Japan ‘s most powerful feudal clans, the #Shimazu, who played a central role in the #Meiji Restoration.
