DREAM DO COME TRUE!!

It will take some days to digest what I have just lived! What was once an impossible goal is today an achievement. I feel so lucky and proud to be able to represent my country, my family, and my team on such a huge stage! The race may have been short, but it was magical! The cheering of the fans and the opportunity to see the beautiful Mauritian flag around the course were above what I could imagine and prepare myself for.

A big THANK YOU to all the persons who went above their comfort zones to provide me with the necessary help in this journey. I will be forever grateful for the trust and faith they had in me!

Today, my belief that a dream can become a reality has been achieved. With the perefct team, nothing is impossible!

I AM AN OLYMPIAN!

My first DNF at international level.

Sometimes, all it takes is a hurting stomach to turn a good day into a bad one.

I kept fighting through the bike, even when the energy wasn’t there. But when it came to the run, the pain was simply too much to continue.

This year has brought a lot of good results, and the goal was to carry that momentum into the final race of the season — the African Championships. Unfortunately, this time, the worst possible outcome happened.

A bitter pill to swallow.

But that’s sport. Some days you win, some days you lose. What matters is what you take from the days that don’t go your way.

Time to reflect, learn, recover, and keep moving forward. The journey continues.

A huge thank you to everyone and all my sponsors who made this trip possible. Your support means a lot, especially on the difficult days.

Back to work.

Another race, another country! Mozambique 🇲🇿
And another podium 🥈

What an adventure it was just to get to the start line, only to have the race changed into a duathlon!

One thing sport has taught me over the years is to adapt, accept what is in front of you, and make the best out of every situation. That’s exactly what I tried to do today.

Getting closer and closer… My day will come. 🔜

Keep working. Keep believing.
We’re halfway through the season, and it’s not going to get any easier. But that’s where the fun is. And ultimately, that’s what matters most.

An immense thank you to my teammates who are there day in and day out, through the easy sessions and the hard ones. The journey is always better when you have the right people around you. 🤝

And a big thank you to my sponsors for believing in me and supporting this journey. Your support allows me to keep chasing these goals and representing Mauritius around the world. 🇲🇺🙏 taken in Bilene, Moçambique by @question_bete

Almost 15 years later, still at the top at national level. 🇲🇺

Over the years, this sport has brought me joy, tears, frustration and anger! A real love-hate relationship 😶‍🌫️. But more than anything, it has given me some of my best adventures and allowed me to reach levels I once only dreamed of.

Triathlon has helped me discover the world, but also discover myself: my abilities, my limits, and what I am capable of both mentally and physically. It has also allowed me to meet so many amazing and helpful people from all around the world. For all of this, I am truly grateful.

Another year, another national title added to the collection. But most importantly, I am finding joy again in what I am doing and in what I want to achieve.

The journey is not over. This is just another chapter in this career. 🇲🇺

There is still one big dream ahead — LA28. Maybe the final one, maybe not. But for now, I want to enjoy the journey, keep pushing my limits and see how far I can take this.

None of this would have been possible without the support of my family and sponsors. A huge thank you to all of them for believing in me and supporting me throughout the journey.

🥈 Silver at the Zonal African Cup!

Since the beginning of this year, I’ve been trying to approach training and racing differently: less pressure, more freedom, and most importantly, more fun. Enjoying the process, embracing the hard days, making the best out of whatever situation I’m in, and remembering why I love doing sport in the first place.

This weekend was another reminder that sometimes, when you stop chasing perfection and simply enjoy racing, good things happen. 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

I dedicate this result to everyone who continues to believe in me and to those who somehow always find a little extra positive energy to give me when I need it most. ❤️

A huge thank you to my sponsors for giving me the opportunity to showcase the hard work we’ve been putting in and to compete at the continental level.

Now it’s time to rest, recover, and keep enjoying the journey.

48 hours after the African Sprint Triathlon Championships, I was back on the start line—this time for the National 10,000m Championships 🏃‍♂️🇲🇺.

The objective was simple: test the legs, test the body, and see what was left in the tank🥵

I felt solid through halfway, but eventually the fatigue from the weekend caught up with me 😶‍🌫️. Still, I fought it to the line, clocked 33:45, and came away with 🥈.

Congrats to the winner @nitish_jhugursing . Good competition always brings out the best.

A triathlon. A 10,000m. Two days apart.🤪

Now it's time to recover and absorb the work.

Thanks to @kfc.mauritius for supporting this journey

Thanks to @dam_photographyy for the awesome shot

But the question is... do we give the 1500m a go on Thursday? ⚡️ taken in Maryse Justin Stadium ( Reduit ) by @question_bete

Proud to finish 6th overall at the African Sprint Triathlon Championships 2026 and as the first Mauritian 🇲🇺.

The past months have required patience, discipline, and trust in the process. Not every part of the journey is visible, but every session, every sacrifice, and every challenge contributes to the outcome.

Representing Mauritius on the continental stage is always an honour, definitely when it is held on home soil.

I am grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way, during the day and behind the scenes

This result is not the finish line. It is another step forward.

Back to work.

Quick stop in Vienna 🇦🇹

Had the chance to line up at the Austrian National Championships and it felt great to be back racing. A few rookie mistakes in the swim meant I missed the front group heading onto the bike, but I stayed focused and finished with a strong run. 💪

Now it's time to head home and shift the focus to the African Sprint Championships. 🌍🔥

On to the next one.

Thanks to my sponsor for making this possible

Thank you @kfc.mauritius and @annabelle_fanchette for continuously backing me; Not only to train, but to truly express myself as an athlete. This is exactly the kind of support Mauritius needs more of.

This short trip home was meant for the National Triathlon Championship, with a second goal: perform at the half marathon.
The triathlon didn’t happen… but the half marathon, organised by @kfc.mauritius, absolutely delivered.

Perfect course, ideal start time, amazing atmosphere. Just one of those races that just feels special.
Even if the performance wasn’t what I was aiming for, I gave everything and came away with 3rd overall (1st Mauritian).

Now we have a baseline. Time to build.

Maybe this is the start of something new 👀
