When people try and tell you what you should’ve done. 😂 If the NFL so easy, here you go. Go do it! #fyp #nfltiktok #nflcomedy #popssocksrocks by @quezdaman_36

“It will never get easier, handle hard better.”
— Coach Lawson, Duke

Life gets harder.
Sports get harder.
Every level demands more.

The question is…
how do you handle hard?

The good news?
You can train for hard.

You just need the right environment…
the right coaching…
and someone who won’t let you stay comfortable.

I’ve lived it:

Growing up in the hood — hard.
Non NCAA qualifier — hard.
D2 football — hard.
D2 ➡️ Power 5 — hard.
The NFL — hard.
Getting cut & starting over — hard.
Getting sober — hard.
Going to therapy — hard.

Everybody has a “hard.”

But nobody cares what your hard is…

👉🏾 They care how you respond to it.

If you’re ready to be pushed, challenged, and developed the right way…

Let’s get to work.
