POSTS STORIES REELS

These last few months have been transformative for me.
Joining a coaching program has opened my eyes to parts of myself I never knew how to see. I’m learning what it actually means to love myself—not for a trend, not for aesthetics, but for the healing of my mind, my heart, and for the way I show up in my relationship.

I’ve watched these old childhood wounds replay in real time and made a commitment to break the cycle. To stop living in constant fear—fear of being misunderstood, abandoned, or not enough. I’m unlearning scarcity, unlearning unhealthy coping habits, unlearning the survival mode that once felt normal.

I’m also learning how to show love in a way that honors my boundaries and still feels true to who I am.

Lately, I’ve been taking long walks with no music, no podcasts, no outside noise. Just me, nature, and the space to finally hear my own thoughts.
And in that stillness, I’ve also been dancing again—moving my body, reconnecting with myself in a way that feels healing and freeing. It feels good to release what’s been stored in my body and let go of the negativity I’ve been holding for years.

I’m asking myself real questions about who I am, the choices I’ve made, and the woman I’m becoming. And honestly… I’m loving her.
She isn’t a new version—she’s the version of me I’ve been trying to find my way back to. The truest version.

I’m grateful for all of it—the breakthroughs, the tears, the realizations. Every moment has brought me closer to myself.

Thank you, Quezisha.
Here’s to the year that shaped me, and to the beautiful one ahead. 🤍✨ by @quezishalaruth

Warm sun, soft breeze, calm water… and this gentle confidence finally finding its way to me, settling in a little more with every moment. ☀️🌿✨ #fableticspartner @fabletics by @quezishalaruth

You don’t have to keep accepting the old version of you 🌿

Self-acceptance isn’t about “settling.” It’s about choosing who you want to be — intentionally and with love.

Here are a few ways to practice it today:

✨ Write: “I am no longer accepting that I am ___.” Then reframe it with a truth that reflects your growth.

💕Example: “I am no longer accepting that I’m behind in life.” → “I am right on time for my journey.”

🕯️ Practice speaking these new affirmations out loud until they feel true.

You get to decide who you are now — not your past, not your mistakes, not your fear. Just you.

“I forgive myself for Believing…. About myself!”

What are some things you need to forgive yourself for? What is holding you back with Guilt & Shame?

What version of yourself do you want to be and who do you want to share with the world? You are not your past, you are not what you negatively believe about yourself. Believing in limiting beliefs keep you stagnant. Forgive yourself & step into your Love & Power! 💕🤟🏽

The first step to Self-Love 💕
Forgiveness is NOT just about forgiving others.
We need to learn to forgive ourselves, this allows us to forgive the past versions of who we used to be that may still play around in your head.

- This is for you, regardless of what others have said about you, you get to choose everyday who & how you want to show up as!

How much time do you spend thinking about past mistakes, or the way you used to react?

How does your Childhood Trauma show up in your intimate relationship?

Do you have a hard time dropping your hyper independence?

Are any of these something you do?
💕 Feeling the need to do it alone
💕 Push away the ones you love, from the need of doing it alone
💕 Reject help from your partner so you don’t feel inferior or incapable
💕 Battling asking for help
💕 Struggling to let your partner show up for you
💕 Trusting your partner 100%

Eeek! 😬 This is new & a little scary — but I’m ready.
I’m stepping out of my comfort zone and opening up about my healing journey. 🌿
It’s not easy, but real growth begins the moment you stop letting fear hold you back. 💕

💗 The love on my last video reminded me why I started — this is bigger than me. I’m building a space for healing, softness, and self love 🫶🏽 If you’re ready to grow together, the link’s in my bio 🤍
#healingme #eldestdaughter #coda #community by @quezishalaruth

I am going to be that community…

I want to create a safe space for women! Where we can heal from our traumas, talk through the things that made us “Strong”

In my bio there is a link to a form, I want to know…
- what are you healing right now?
- what are you looking for in community?
& so much more!
Come join this journey. #eldestdaughter #selflove #healingme by @quezishalaruth

This video, was the start of a new journey for me…
I am back on my Self-Love, also acknowledging traumas that come from being the “Eldest Daughter”
I was looking for community, like minded people, women going through the same things as me…
