Photography is a mindful act—one quiet frame at a time 📸. Some days the camera is how I slow down and notice✨. Every photograph, a small quiet hope.🍂

I walked through this meadow in autumn’s dusk.
The old barn, the truck, the calm cows.
—nothing hurried, everything belonging.
Hope you find your own quiet calm today. 🍂

I could watch this forever. 🌊
Hands down my favorite thing in nature to watch in summer and spring: water moving like THIS. So peaceful and calming to the soul.

I hope something beautiful happens to you today✨.

Cozy rainy day stroll through the park at Boston Public Garden. Everything looks more magical in the rain ☔️. The history, the flowers, and the ducks waddling around—pure beauty & serenity.

Grateful to be here; exhausted by the journey⚓️

I’ve really had this quote repeated in my mind lately. Both can be true simultaneously, right? We can feel so deeply thankful for our current situation, accomplishments or survival, while also feeling physically and emotionally exhausted by the work, resilience and hurdles it took to get here. We can honor both truths. Sometimes, being tired is evidence of the growth and answered prayers of one’s journey. It’s okay to process the past & recharge—you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Have you felt this way before? I know I’m not alone. Allow yourself to rest without attaching guilt to the time you take for yourself. taken in New Brunswick, Canada by @quiet.ordinary.things

While visiting family in Florida we slowed down a bit for this moment of calm to watch this little boat peacefully sail across the water between the windy palm trees. 🌊⚓️⛵️ taken in St. Pete, Florida by @quiet.ordinary.things
