The air feels alive again the way it only does in October soft golden light drifting through the trees and a kind of quiet that settles deep in your chest 🍁 I want to remember these days exactly as they are.

Afternoon sunlight, golden leaves, and a corner that feels like a daydream. The gallery wall tells little stories, the fall decor adds warmth, and the pond outside makes it all feel still and sweet. 🍂✨

A quiet corner that finally feels right. A green couch, cozy pillows by @nathalie_lete x @anthropologie, and art by @odwyer_sio9. This space makes me breathe a little slower 💛📚🙂

There’s a certain kind of peace that only exists in autumn - where the air chills, the pages turn slower, and the world feels like a story unfolding. 🍂🍁🎃📚

Protecting my peace like it’s sacred. If it rattles my nervous system, I’m out. I’ve spent too long living in survival mode; peace feels like coming home.

October Sundays are for lighting too many candles, rearranging the pumpkins again, and pretending the world outside doesn’t exist for a little while. What’s your favorite cozy Sunday ritual? 🍂

Today has been one of those quiet Saturdays that feels like a reset. Just moving slowly through the house, tending to little things, and letting the day unfold without rushing it. There’s something so grounding about the simple rhythms: watering plants, brewing coffee, rearranging a cozy corner, stepping outside to listen to the pond for a moment. ✨

I love how these tiny, ordinary things carry so much peace when we actually notice them. Here’s to savoring the small stuff this weekend. What’s one little moment that’s made you smile today?

Getting back to creating, even when it feels hard. Sometimes starting small is everything. 💛

The sunroom has lived through many variations over the past 13 years that we have owned this house. The last 2 photos are from 2012-2013 era when we attempted to turn it into a plant forest before the greenhouse existed.

Side note: I have developed a strange obsession with unique lamps recently.

We are still planning on a large addition at some point this year, but I doubt I can approve any plans that would require me to part ways with this room...

Spring days are made for garden strolls, azaleas in full bloom, dogs chasing butterflies, and quiet moments by the pond. The greenhouse is thriving—and so am I.
