I’m Jason. I live where Highway 1 turns south into Big Sur, and most mornings I’m out on a trail or a road somewhere. The Quiet Mile is what those miles teach me about attention, and what attention makes possible. Essays at the link in bio. www.thequietmile.com

Marin Headlands. The miles don't give you answers. They give you room for the answers to show up.
