Writing can feel daunting (trust me I know), but there's so much support even for indie authors:
- editors
- beta readers
- writing groups

They can help make your book its best! Don't be afraid to reach out.

Get to know your editor!

Been a while since I did an intro, and there are some new faces around here, so I thought a refresher would be a good idea ✨✨

Line editing catches a lot of common mistakes that can be easy to miss as a writer!

Things like overused crutch words, repetivive phrases, and tone shifts are hard to notice when you've been staring at the manuscript for weeks or months.

Aren't editors just giving their own opinions? Not quite, and here's why...

That said, it's not always black and white, and no two edits are the same, which is why I always encourage sample edits from several editors to see who's a better match for you!

If you can relate, it might be time for an editor! It's so hard to spot your own mistakes when you know exactly how the story should read (I'm a writer too, so I get it).

That's where a line or copy editor can help! Lucky for you, I'm both hehe😉

DM me if you want to know more. Pssst, my copy + line editing bundle is discounted right now!
