A fighter and a father are amongst them. He shares his wisdom when it comes to patience, time, and kindness. Been playing with a new format in Lvl 2 Pads @jungle.to where it’s 95% reaction based. All the slips, rolls and block counters by @robinguillenn are purely based on his ability to read what’s coming at him, quickly. This was super fun and challenging and will definitely part of the Lvl 2 Pads rotation. by @quincy.ly
🥊 Week 1 of 5 in the books! • Excited for all the progress with our new boxers.. it’s been a minute since our last small cohort so this one is a big deal for us. Ty for selling us out on our return 🌴🫶🏽 • Big shoutout to my right hand @quincy.ly - it’s an honour being able to teach in the same room. by @quincy.ly

Padwork session focused on building muscle memory ➡️ improve reactivity and increase speed 🧠🤯 With Coach @quincy.ly 🔥 📍@jungle.to Jungle's padwork classes level 1 and 2 are by far the most insightful padwork classes I've taken. I recommend it 100%. #womenboxing #southpaw #torontoboxing #padworkdrills by @quincy.ly

Probably one of the most insightful 1-1 sessions I've had in a long time and it felt good! We focused on footwork and defense and let me tell you, Coach @quincy.ly knows how to speak to your mind. Thank you Quincy 👌🏽🔥 📍@jungle.to by @quincy.ly
