Special thanks to Team Lifemed @lifemedbelair for always taking care of me and keeping me healthy for my tournaments around the world. Heading into last weekend my elbow was super irritated so they gave me a special IV solution along with EPAT by the goat @megan.gargano.rn and boom, I’m 100% on Saturday. DOUBLE GOLD AT MY FIRST BROWN BELT TOURNAMENT! I won all of my matches with no points scored on me. I earned my brown belt Jan 28, 2026 right after winning two purple belt world titles back to back and since then I haven’t competed due to surgery and injury after injury. About 6-8 weeks ago I finished my final day at physical therapy fixing my worse injuries. I immediately went to @coach_b_swoleson @moab_performance to be my strength and conditioning coach for Worlds in September and December. He said yes and the work began. I didn’t open mouth breathe or become exhausted in any of my matches! Still dealing with a torn elbow I went to my friends @lifemedbelair for peptides and EPAT therapy which has been a lifesaver. I owe all of my success to these two teams and what they’ve done for me! Today was a side quest for the brown belt world title in September. Time to bask in my wins for the weekend and get back to work on Monday! #jiujitsu #ibjjf #worldchampion #hardwork #lifemedinstitute by @quirk_jiujitsu

The best Father’s Day present a man could ask for. I’ve been wanting to make this little closet area an official gun closet for 18 months now but never got around to it. All my gear and guns was just stashed in there on the floor. So this year @jennquirk05 decided to foot the bill on a complete custom build that made this tiny closet into a perfect gun room for me. I could make this post 10,000 words but I’ll try to keep it short. At 6 years old my grandparents asked me to draw a picture of my goals for when I’m an adult. I drew a picture of a Lamborghini and a check for $1,000,000. Years ago i achieved the money but chose to spend it on my family, a new house and an oasis for my wife out back within 15 min of the career she loves. She doesn’t have to work but wants to so the house took 2 years to find and thanks to @bmorejen.williams we finally found a great home close to her work and the jiu Jitsu gym. This year I said I’m finally going to achieve goal number 2 and buy that dream car I deserve. Unfortunately, I’m a tad too big for Lamborghini and I’ve tried them all. The next best thing which happens to be even faster than the Lamborghini and extremely comfortable is the Ferrari SF90. At almost 1000 all wheel horsepower, this thing feels insane! It’s not all about the hp for me though, it’s the amazing Italian craftsmanship. I could have spent 300k less on a Corvette ZR1X but I knew deep down I would say why the hell am I driving a 300k Chevy. It would eat at me until I bought a proper supercar so I skipped that heartache. Not to mention, @jennquirk05 is probably gonna spank me with her Tesla, lol. Anyways, I grew up super poor, in and out of juvenile detention centers, came home from War homeless and broke after my X stole all my money. My mom took me in and my wife helped rebuild me financially so that I could be who I am today and conquer the world. Without all the pain and suffering there would be no success. I’m thankful for everything and everyone who entered and exited my life leading me down the path I am currently on. At the end of the day, I wrote a check bigger than I could ever imagine on a car to check off a box on my bucket list. My true passions is spending my wealth on traveling, my family and changing the lives of less fortunate kids. A special thanks to anyone who took the time to read this whole thing, I don’t always know how to express myself but I’m trying.
