‘96 and Forever 💫

All of the hustlers love it, just to see one of us make it.

& to enjoy it with the man who introduced me to Hov, and for it to be in NYC made it 1000x better. Forever grateful and humbled for moments like these in my life..

If you know me, you know Jay has been the soundtrack to my life throughout all these years. I used to play Reasonable Doubt in my Nissan Altima in college like it just came out, lol.

Through the music I’ve learned how to hustle, how to maneuver climbing the corporate ladder, how to manage emotions in difficult situations, how to give grace to yourself and others, how to have just enough ego that it’s advantageous without being detrimental, how to navigate friendships.. man, the list goes on. One of the greatest concerts of all time 🔥🔥🔥

Another NBA season in the books.. but this time, on the other side of the country with one of the greatest organizations in all of sports.

Words can’t fully express how grateful I am for the opportunity and the people who believed in me enough to make this happen. I’m forever indebted.

A season of growth, perspective, and gratitude. I’m truly humbled by how God continues to show up.

Thank you to @ucla and the Bruin Sports Business Association for inviting me to share my journey with their students..

They showed up at 7PM on a weekday during finals week to exchange stories and receive information.

It’s always a blessing, a privilege, and a humbling experience connecting with those just embarking on their journey. I learn from them just as much as they do from me and it always brings me back in time for a moment..

It was great spending time w/ the @iamlivingsport students at the Super Bowl last month.

These students had the opportunity to get experience working at the Super Bowl all thanks to this program..

Grateful for all the rooms that god has allowed me to enter in, the relationships he’s allowed me to cultivate, and the opportunity to work in a field I thoroughly enjoy..

2016 was the year I hit my stride as a professional in the industry and Philly really started to feel like home, but looking back now.. I’m most proud of the fact that this is the year I really locked in with my brothers and we all grew in this industry together..

Who knew this bond would lead to us supporting each other through all of life’s ups and downs for over a decade..

Grateful for it all, 10 years later. No regrets. 🤞🏾🏆

2025 was a journey to say the least.
Three different jobs. Three different cities.

Spent the whole year trying to find myself,
only to learn that the real work was becoming a newer version all along.

Thank you for all of the unconditional love from family and friends.

Thank you for all of the lessons disguised as detours.

Thank you for all of the blessings earned along the way.

Thank you for the memories, severed ties, and new connections.

Thank you for the restored relationship w/ faith and god.

Now I step into the new year with a clear mind and a full heart, which is the greatest blessing yet. 🙏🏾🏆💯
