Lately, Ive been in a place where I know I need to change and I’m definitely being forced to see and embrace it. There’s so much to be grateful for and to see everyone growing and changing around me is a beautiful place to be at in life.

Change is Action; Action is powerful:
Step 1 for me - Sit down to reflect so that I can go forward.

Crazy I know God is doing his thing right now because little sequoia would have never thought she would be able to see and be apart of so many wholesome moments! Please see the descriptions below 🤪

Photo 1: Yooo I was invited to see Keyshia Cole the day of the concert! So, I packed a bag on my lunch and made it happen. This was such a random and fun experience.
Photo 2: I created this space for the non-profit I work for months ago but I see how I’ve grown since this with events now. My limited belief is that I’m not capable of these things but I trully really was.
Photo 3, 4, 10 & 11: Production assistant for a video! This was something I’ve always dreamed about. Also creating and directing videos for people is something I enjoy that I’m exploring more.
Photo 5: Nostalgia photo (Fun Fact - I used to do Media Production in high school and it’s crazy to be back in this part of my life again.)
Photo 6, 7 & 8: Cultyvated & women strength group. This part of my life right now is interesting. I see how much community has really impacted my life. The people from these groups are so supportive and I wouldn’t imagine my life without currently.
Photo 12,13 & 14: My parents will probs scold me for posting this later but oh well LMAO. Being able to see my family together & capturing it on CAMERA is an amazing thing to see especially as I get older. by @qunapologetically

Attended my 1st improv class!

What happened: I am trying to work on my stage presence so some of my friends and I started attending these classes. Im going to be honest I was absolutely uncomfortable. I was stiff, ready to run right out the room thinking I was insane for coming.🤣 Eventually, after forcing myself to talk and be willing to be vulnerable around people I didn’t know. I was able to open up.

Positive: I participated and was definitely having fun outside my comfort zone. I was also awarded these two badges. One represents my first time. The other one represents my fearlessness once I actually got up off my behind to participate.

The reason why I go back to these women workouts all the time is because Coach Z & Coach Bre kill it everytime with the mindfulness activities. They challenge me forsure in my workouts while adding in activities to reflect.

This was an amazing experience and I wouldn’t change anything about it. Spiritually there was so many signs going on that day that definitely guided me. Stepping out of my comfort zone is terrifying but it gets easier the more I do it.
