😂 That machine looked a little too inviting… had to see what I still had in the tank. 💥🥊

And yes, I’m a southpaw, but I can punch ambidextrous. Left or right, I’m letting them fly. 👊🏾💥

Sometimes you’re just walking through the mall and the competitive side takes over. 😂

Not every lesson comes from standing still.

Sometimes it’s movement.
Sometimes it’s timing.
Sometimes it’s learning confidence one step at a time.

Outside the gym. Outside the noise.
Just real moments, real energy, and real connection through movement.

Balance matters. Coordination matters. Presence matters.
The small moments today become the foundation later.

More life. More movement. More memories being built in real time.

🎥 Real footage. Real moments.

Rest in peace, Coach Fareed Samad. 🥊🕊️

One of the very few people I allowed to COACH me, and that word carries a lot of weight with me. You always made me feel like a student, always brought good energy, and always had my respect. You will truly be missed, COACH. 🙏🏾

👟 Kick of the Day: Major Taylor Blazer 🚴🏾‍♂️🔥

Just some kicking and a little sneaker talk! 🏈 Today I’m rocking the Nike Blazer inspired by legendary cyclist Major Taylor, one of the pioneers of professional cycling.

A little history, a little sneaker culture, and some football kicking all in one reel. 💪🏾

The details make this pair special, including the Major Taylor-inspired artwork inside the shoe.

Keep moving, keep learning, and appreciate the history behind what you wear!

🏈 Kicking in some long grass, some shorter grass, and getting that work in! Different surfaces, different conditions, same focus. Keep your body moving, challenge yourself in different environments, and always find ways to stay active! 💪🏾

Getting the chance to see these amazing owls up close was definitely an experience! 🦉 Seeing a beautiful barn owl and a few other species in person gives you a whole different appreciation for these incredible birds. There’s nothing like getting out, learning something new, and experiencing wildlife up close.

Riding through a piece of Denver history. 🚴🏾‍♂️

Denver Union Station first opened in 1881 and has been part of the city’s story for more than 140 years. From the railroad era to the heart of modern downtown Denver, generations of people have passed through this historic landmark.

History looks a little different when you experience it from two wheels.

Keep your body moving, challenge it in different ways, and remind your mind and muscles of the things your body already knows how to do.

Sometimes you don’t need the cleats on to get a little work in. 😂

Out here getting some kicks into the net in the UGGs. Definitely not recommending UGGs as kicking shoes, but when you’ve been around the game long enough, sometimes you just see the football and have to give it a few.

For my kickers, the real work is about repetition, approach, plant foot, contact and follow through. Save the UGGs for Coach Q. 😂

Here We Go Again 🥊😂

Some games you just can’t walk past without taking a swing.

Same type of punching machine, another chance to put a number on the board. The real question is… did I beat the last one? 👊🏾💥 #Southpaw #Ambidextrous #PunchingPower #StillGotIt #CompetitiveSpirit taken in Denver, Colorado by @quotethebrand
