2 different area codes but the run community is unlimited, 757 🏃🏽 804 .

s/o to NGU i had a good 5k practice w/ y’all for Trail Thursdays that evening (10/8) out Hampton, then turned around & ran another 5k for Back on the Hill Friday the next morning (10/9) in Petersburg w/ my VSU people to pop homecoming off 🧡💙 .

even met a black Arthur of children’s books !

breast cancer awareness run/walk went well, it keep raining at my events 🫩 but i am so grateful for the community i am building .

suicide awareness run was amazing, i was able to have genuine conversations about life, grief & our feelings towards the cause which was truly beautiful .

i have so much love/care for my community & i am here for you if you need me, don’t give up in any aspect because you matter & are needed .

continue to surround yourself around people that genuinely want you to thrive & will show up for you, keep in mind that most times simply your presence is what gives the next person the motivation to keep going .

quť Fest ‘26 is completed ☑️

my first annual community festival has been achieved, i am so grateful for the people that came out & supported me as well as the team of people that stuck w/ me through this roller coaster ride it was to make this event happen

it’s such a blessing to have people that believe in your vision & constantly push/motivate you

to all the positive words/messages/conversations i receive daily from all kinds of people, y’all inspire me to not let up 🩶 .
