Meet Maple 🦊❤️

Our most loyal customer isn’t human.

Maple visits us almost every day at Queens Wood Café, and honestly, we’re starting to think she owns the place. ☕🌿

Would you stop for a coffee if you knew Maple might be here?

Longer days, greener gardens, and plenty growing behind the café 🌿☀️

Our community garden is bursting with life at the moment. From vegetables growing in the beds to the wildlife that calls it home, it’s a special little corner of our cafe that we’re proud to share with our community.

Which photo is your favourite? 🌻

Yesterday was our sunniest Monday of the year so far, and we made the most of it 🌞

We were out in the garden planting potatoes, turning the soil, sowing seeds and enjoying a proper spring day together. There’s something very satisfying about getting everything in the ground when the weather finally plays along.

We have volunteers with us every Monday and Thursday, helping to look after the garden and keep it growing for everyone who visits Queens Wood Café. It’s a relaxed way to spend a few hours outdoors and meet good people.

If you’ve been meaning to join, this is your sign you’d be very welcome. 🌱💚
