Hey, y’all! Figured it’s time to properly introduce myself because some of y’all see me pop up, but do you really know what I do?

I’m Syha—wife, mom of three, veteran, entrepreneur, and travel professional. I’ve worn a lot of hats in my life, but one thing about me? I’m always going to make sure my family experiences life to the fullest.

I help people travel smarter—saving on every trip and even getting paid for the ones they book. Because let’s be real, if you’re going to travel anyway, why not make it work for you?

Hello September.

August was actually a really good month. I got to travel, spend time with my husband, spend time with my kids, watch some good fights, celebrate my boys at their track banquet, send them back to school, work with some really good brands, create a LOT of content and still find time to just enjoy life in between all of it.

And I feel like August really brought a different creative side out of me. I’ve been wanting to try different shit, create differently, talk about more things, show more of my life and just have fun with my content again. Not thinking so damn hard about everything and just CREATE.

So September, I’m coming in with a whole different type of energy. I have things I want to do, things I want to start, things I want to finish and some goals I’m trying to knock out before this year is over.

We got 4 months left in 2026 and baby, I plan on using ALL OF THEM.

I’ve been a TikTok Shop affiliate for 9 months and have made over $23,000 between affiliate commissions and negotiated collaborations.

I didn’t start with some huge strategy either. My TikTok had been monetized since 2021, but I barely used it. Last December I decided I was going to get consistent, started posting commission-based content, and my first payouts started coming in January.

Here are 6 things I’ve learned along the way >>>

In my first 4 months alone, I generated over $100,000 in commissioned sales, and since then I’ve continued learning how to turn the content I already love creating into income.

I broke down 6 of the biggest things I’ve learned so far throughout this carousel because TikTok Shop is so much more than requesting free products and posting a video.

If you’re already creating content, your opinion and experience have value. Learn how to create GOOD content, choose products that actually fit you, show people how they work, cross-post your content and pleaseeee learn how to negotiate.

Find products that make sense for YOUR content.

I’m a lifestyle creator, so I have room to talk about hair, beauty, fashion, fitness, gadgets, content creation and everyday life because those things are already part of what I do.

Don’t request something just because it’s free. Now you have a product you don’t actually use AND a deadline to create content for it.

One thing I already had working in my favor was knowing how to create and edit quality content.

Good lighting. Clear video. Clean audio. Learn CapCut. Learn how to edit.

You don’t need a million filters covering the product. If people can’t clearly see what they’re thinking about spending their money on, why would they buy it?

Actually USE the product.

If you get a set of dumbbells, don’t just hold them up and tell us they’re good. Unbox them. Show how they look. Use them during your workout. Show the process and come back with the results.

People want to SEE why they need it, not just hear you tell them they do.

One product can give you MULTIPLE pieces of content.

When you start working out for real, RECORD YOURSELF.

And no, not because you’re trying to post a thirst trap. Not because you need anybody else to see it. Record yourself because there are parts of your progress that you literally cannot see from your own point of view.

I’m doing a back workout in this video. I can look in the mirror all day long, but I cannot see my back from this angle. I can’t see the muscles working. I can’t always see the definition coming in or notice the little changes that are happening week after week.

That camera will catch things that the mirror doesn’t.

And sometimes we’re so worried about what somebody else is going to think. Somebody thinks you’re showing too much. Somebody thinks you’re doing too much. Somebody assumes you’re looking for attention. Meanwhile, you’re letting THEIR opinion stop you from documenting YOUR own transformation.

Prop that damn camera up.

You don’t even have to post it. Keep it in your phone. Make an album specifically for your fitness journey if you want to. But give yourself something to look back on because when you’ve been looking at your body every single day, it can be hard to recognize just how much has actually changed.

One day you’re going to put an old video next to a new one and realize, DAMN… I really did that.

Don’t just record it for who you are right now. Record it for your future self too.

16 years married. Watching our babies grow up. Retired at 34. Traveling. Creating. Taking care of me. Still growing, still evolving, and still deciding what comes next.

So this happened…
I am officially a One-Star Director with a team of 100+ powerful, hardworking travel professionals under me.
We are officially a one-star team.

I’m so honored to be in this position—to lead, to serve, to lock arms with people who believed in this mission just as much as I did. Late nights, long calls, back-to-back momentum… we pushed together. There was no “I” in this. WE made this happen.

This weekend in Atlanta for Blackout was nothing short of amazing.

Being able to get in the room with so many people that I’ve worked with online, talked to online, built with online… and finally meet some of them in person was powerful. That’s one of the things I love the most about what I do. Yes, this is an online business… but the relationships, the mentorship, the leadership and the culture become very real when you bring everything offline.

Every single event I attend teaches me something new. Even when you think you already understand the systems, the leadership, the process… there’s always another layer. This weekend definitely refreshed my mindset and gave me a new perspective on a few things.

One of the biggest reminders for me was how important ecosystems, leadership, and systems really are in business. Growth doesn’t just happen randomly. It happens when the right people are planted in the right environment with the right leadership and structure.

And the energy in that room… unmatched.

Seeing so many leaders, builders, and new faces all coming together with the same vision just reminded me why I started and why I continue to show up.

I absolutely love what I do.

Now I’m already looking forward to September for Convention because if this room was powerful… the next one is going to be on a completely different level.

The room will be bigger.
The leadership will be stronger.
The ranks will be higher.
And the achievements will be multiplied.
