VERIFIED ✅A lot of y’all don’t really understand what this means to me. I have been actively supporting Arsenal since the end of 05’ season where my first game was beating United on pens to win the FA Cup, and then began the start of our downfall.My story posts of apprehension & pessimism over the last 6-7 years stems from the long trauma of Belletti, Eduardo leg break, Gallas’ crying at Birmingham, Koscielny & Szczesny clash, 8-2 to United, Messi’s 4 goals, Ronaldo’s halfway line free kick, Van Persie leaving, Cesc leaving and not coming back, 6-0 to Chelsea, half of our team going to City and winning the league there, Giroud’s misses in 15/16 season but scoring against us in EL final, 10-2 against Bayern, Aubameyang’s miss against Olympiakos,Saka’s pen against West Ham, Haaland taking off his hearband mid-game, Ollie Watkins’ chip and so much more (all from memory, no research done).Part of me wished this moment came during my school years when I was being bullied or tormented by United, Chelsea, Barca, Juventus fans week in week out (y’all know yourselves).
