A pretty exciting launch-week milestone. 🍌⚾

101 Things That Make Banana Ball Absolutely Bananas reached:

#1 in Baseball
#1 in Sports Reference

And it also reached #1 in Encyclopedias on Kindle.

We reached these rankings during our FREE Kindle promotion, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who downloaded the book, shared it, and helped spread the word during launch week.

The goal was always simple: make Banana Ball easier to understand without taking away any of the fun.

Seeing the guide reach the top of these categories is a pretty amazing way to celebrate the launch.

🍌 The Kindle edition is FREE through September 12.

Sometimes it’s not the biggest moments that players remember most. Easton Parrish shared the fan interaction he’ll never forget. #eastonparrish #SavannahBananas #BananaBallInsider #SavannahBananasonSI taken in Chicago O'Hare International Airport by @r.kennerfrench

I went through my Savannah Bananas (that I cover for On Sports Illustrated) pictures to make this video and got distracted remembering half the stuff that happened.

What a season. I’ve had a blast meeting the players, interviewing the people behind the show and getting to know so many fun people along the way.

Thanks to everyone who stopped to talk, took a picture or shared their story with me. Covering the Savannah Bananas and Banana Ball has been a pretty great excuse to meet some wonderful people.

Which moment would make YOUR season highlight reel?

I want to hear from the Banana Ball fans.

What do YOU want to know?

I've had the opportunity to get to know players, staff, cast, and crew while covering this world, and there are probably a lot of questions out there that haven't been answered yet.

If I know the answer, I'll answer it.

And if there's a question for someone I've gotten to know, maybe I can take it to them.

Rules. Players. Teams. Behind the scenes. The experience. Whatever you're curious about.

Drop your question below. 👇

I'll be picking some to answer in future videos.

The scoreboard doesn’t always give you goosebumps. This part does.

“Back Home” in Pullman never gets old. I came here as a student, and now I get to come back as a Coug dad. Pretty special to have Braden making his own memories at the place that gave me so many of mine.

Different generation. Same Cougar pride.

Go Cougs. Always.

A typical week for me: US gold medalist Shannon Miller, stud NFL FB Mike Alstot, “Legend” rocker Sam Tinnesz, WSU Sigma Chi, Metallica, Guitar Stud Les Hall, favorite voice guy Steve McSwain, NBA champ Dee Brown, and still one more night left. #deebrown #metallicasphere #shannonmiller #sigmachiwsu #samtinnesz taken in Pullman, Washington by @r.kennerfrench

I came into Banana Ball as a baseball traditionalist.

Nine innings. Traditional baseball. That's what I knew and loved.

Then I started experiencing Banana Ball for myself.

And one of my biggest takeaways wasn't a rule or a crazy play.

It was the community.

There's something different about feeling like you're actually part of what's happening rather than simply watching it from the stands.

I've bought in.

For those of you who have experienced Banana Ball in person, I'd love to know what made YOU buy in.
