A new preview for The Diamond’s Gambit, because I wanted to reveal the incredible work of Kedari’s actress; Lena de Jong!

Film progress is going slower than I planned going into this project, but that’s because I’ve been working on some very exciting stuff for my day job (out among the stars 🚀🪐✨). But it is still going steadily! Just gotta keep chipping away at it until it’s done, all voice recording was done last year so it’s just a matter of getting the art done and composited. (Fun fact, you can tell how much time has past between different shots being finished by how the glass looks, which I will be correcting in the colour stage)

Once again, Gallywix was voiced by the amazing Eric of @jenericlive !!

Stay tuned for updates down the line, it may be glacial but it is coming along, and I cannot wait to show you how it looks put all together.

I got a surprising amount of animated stuff done considering how busy things have been, it’s nice getting to show more of what I’ve been up to compared to last year. And alongside all this, I managed to hit my professional goals too! Very happy with this year 🎉

Now it’s out, I can finally say that the very cool folks at Wild Blue Studios brought me in to do some graphics work for @legendsofavantris latest merch drop! I did vectors/text treatments (with art done by amazing Ron Broyde and Lindsey Laney), the hat however is my own letter work.

It’s not often I can share the professional work I’ve done, so I’m extremely grateful to both teams for the opportunity, it’s been a blast and they’re all incredible folk. There’s some crazy stuff in this drop and you should check it out!

(PS the binary on the hoodie repeats what’s on the sleeves!)
